Thor Movie Thunders into Theaters Today!

Thor thunders onto the big screen today for an epic release. Comic fans are sure to storm into theaters to behold Marvel’s hammer-wielding hero. This superhero film stars Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder, while Natalie Portman and Anthony Hopkins also headline. Thor is sure to soar this weekend!

Did you know that Chris Hemsworth’s muscles got too big for the Thor costume? Chris was told to get as big as he could 3-4 months before the shooting of the film. When he wound up on set, he was too built up for the costume. In an interview he stated that he started feeling pins and needles in his hands because the Thor costume was too restrictive. So he had to trim down a little bit.
